# Navis Mater

> Navis Mater AB (org.nr 559537-7184, founded 2025, based in Stockholm) is a Swedish active holding company with in-house R&D. Founder and Chairman: Emanuel Lipschütz. It builds and owns companies in cybersecurity and resilience, and runs itself as a Governed Agentic Organization (GAO): humans and AI agents working together under explicit mandates, bounded authority, enforceable controls, durable evidence and named human accountability.

The site is bilingual: Swedish at the root (/), English under /en/.

The Governed Agentic Organization (GAO) was created at Navis Mater by founder and chairman Emanuel Lipschütz and has been developed through Navis Mater's reference implementation.
